External Contacts support introduces the capability to search for "external" contacts such as an external SIP phone connected to local/external Armour Connect, a Conference on a local/external Armour Connect and users in external communities. Within Armour mobile the type of external contact is identified via a clear label on the contacts list and contact details screens.
Notes: 1. Desktop must but upgraded to v5.9.0 prior to v5.3.1 Armour core being deployed 2. The feature requires v5.3.1 of the Armour Mobile Infrastructure to be deployed and the external contact details to have been uploaded to the Global Directory via the UMS.
